Food & progress

Your meals, from entry to overview.

Log the portion you eat, keep a photo with your meal and review calories, macros and weight over time.

01

See where your day stands.

Home brings your calorie total, macro breakdown and water intake together. Set your own targets, or keep calorie totals hidden if you prefer a food diary without them.

  1. 01Choose a food from your library or save its nutrition label.
  2. 02Enter the amount you ate and choose a meal group.
  3. 03Review the entry before adding it to your diary.

02

Keep the details with the meal.

Meals groups your entries by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Attach a photo and tag foods manually, reuse familiar meals and correct an entry when the portion changes.

  1. 01Move between diary dates to review what you logged.
  2. 02Adjust an entry rather than creating a duplicate.
  3. 03Save familiar foods so the next meal is easier to enter.

03

Look beyond a single day.

Progress brings nutrition history and recorded weight into view. Track shows a seven-day weight average once there are measurements on at least three different days. Missing measurements stay missing.

  1. 01Record weight in kilograms or pounds.
  2. 02Review actual measurements alongside the trend.
  3. 03Optionally review and import recent weight records from Health Connect on Android.

A few useful details.

Does a photo calculate calories automatically?

Photo tagging is manual. Attach your image, choose the foods and confirm their portions. Track does not provide AI calorie estimates in this release.

Can I use my own nutrition values?

Yes. Save a food with its label values and weight basis. Nutrients you leave blank remain unknown rather than being treated as zero.
