How are subscriptions billed?
Subscriptions are billed for the full selected period and renew automatically unless cancelled. Review the full charge, billing period and any eligible offer in Google Play before confirming a purchase.
What counts towards the daily allowance?
A completed analysis counts as one scan, including a result that finds no identifiable food. Food photos and restaurant-bill scans share the 10-scan allowance. It resets at midnight India time (Asia/Kolkata); unused scans do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges.
What happens if a scan fails?
Failed scans are returned to your allowance. Retrying the same pending request retrieves its result without another AI call. An interrupted request may temporarily reserve a scan while it is resolved. Repeated failed attempts may be limited. Manual logging remains available.
How do I cancel or restore a purchase?
In Account & plan, open Plan, billing and scan allowance. Manage or cancel subscription opens Google Play. Restore purchases checks your plan using the same Google Play account and verified Track account used to buy it. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Deleting Track or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Are discounts or complimentary plans available?
Eligible promotional offers may appear in Google Play. Complimentary access can be granted to a verified Track account, with an optional expiry. A complimentary grant does not cancel or refund an existing paid subscription; manage any renewal separately in Google Play.
