Scope and intended use These terms describe use of Track and its food information. Track is intended for adults for personal record keeping and general food awareness. Features vary by platform and release. Descriptions of optional or future features do not promise that they are currently available. The privacy policy separately explains how the current release handles personal data.

Nutrition information and assumptions Food composition varies with variety, brand, preparation, cooking, water content and serving size. Source-backed values describe a reference food, not a measurement of your actual meal. Historical product entries may not match current packaging. Check the food description, raw or cooked state, source, units and portion before saving. Missing nutrients mean unknown, not zero.

Defined recipes use stated ingredient quantities and a stated final yield. Their nutrient totals are calculated estimates; a recipe name is not a universal nutritional value for that dish. A calculated yield is not a measured yield. Added oil, sauce, sugar, substitutions, draining and cooking losses can materially change the result. Review the listed assumptions and create or edit your own recipe when your preparation differs.

AI estimates, when available AI may misidentify foods or estimate portions and nutrients incorrectly. A photo cannot reliably reveal hidden ingredients or measure food weight. Review and correct suggestions before saving; no result is guaranteed accurate or suitable for a particular health decision. AI is not enabled merely by the presence of these terms. Any release enabling photo analysis must explain the destination and use of your photo before you send it, and describe processing in the privacy policy.

Health decisions Track does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and does not provide individualized medical advice. Do not use catalogue entries or AI guesses to determine allergens, medication or insulin doses, or a medically required diet. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions. No food record guarantees the absence of an allergen or cross-contact.

Your records and choices You control your entries, portions and goals. Review them for your needs and keep usable backups of records you want to retain. Local records can be lost if a device is lost, storage is cleared or the app is removed. Export and restore behavior is described in the app and privacy policy. Your private diary and recipes are not submissions to the shared catalogue. We do not claim ownership of your personal records or permission to publish them through these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use Where accounts are offered, protect your sign-in credentials. Do not attempt to access another person's records, bypass service limits or payment verification, or disrupt the service. Shared catalogue publication is managed by Track; a personal food entry does not automatically become a shared record.

Charges and optional subscriptions Manual logging and existing local records remain available without a subscription. When offered, Track Plus includes 10 successful AI scans each day. The allowance resets at midnight Asia/Kolkata; unused scans do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges. A completed analysis with no identifiable food also counts as a scan. Failed analyses are returned to the allowance. Repeated failed attempts may be limited to protect the service. Retry the same pending request to retrieve its result without a second scan charge. Processing interruptions may temporarily reserve an allowance until the request is resolved.

The approved India standard plans are ₹240 per month or ₹1,700 per year, billed for the full selected period. The purchase screen and Google Play checkout show the applicable localized price, taxes, offer conditions and full renewal charge before you confirm. Eligible offers may differ. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Restore purchases using the same Google Play account and the Track account used for purchase. A purchase is linked to that Track account and cannot be transferred by signing into a different account.

Use Account & plan → Plan, billing and scan allowance → Manage or cancel subscription to open Google Play. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while retaining access through the paid period, subject to the store's payment and refund status. Deleting Track or deleting your Track account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through the store first. Complimentary access and promotional offers can have eligibility requirements and expiry dates. A complimentary grant does not cancel or refund an existing paid subscription. Revoking complimentary access does not remove an independently valid paid subscription. Subscription access is verified on the server, and an internet connection is required for AI scans. Manual tracking remains available when online services are unavailable. These terms do not themselves activate billing or authorize a charge.

Sources and third-party rights Food records identify their source and version. Licence notices and limitations are described in Food data & estimates. Attribution does not itself grant permission to reuse third-party material. Track branding, software and third-party materials are not relicensed by these terms. Source data and original recipe formulations are subject to their stated licences.

Availability, corrections and responsibility We may correct or withdraw catalogue records and change or discontinue features with appropriate notice where required. A corrected source does not automatically rewrite an existing diary entry. We aim to provide useful information but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that an estimate matches a particular meal. These limitations describe the service; they do not excuse misleading claims or exclude liability, remedies, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and disputes We will date revisions and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where express agreement is required for a new paid service or material change, displaying updated terms alone is not a substitute for obtaining it. Indian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent consumer forum or exercising statutory rights.
